Indian Idol Vishal Kothari is a new competition in the race of playback singers

Vishal Kothari, one of the top 10 finalist of Indian Idol season 1, is back with his melodious voice, Vishal started his career with ‘Saregama 200 gv2’, followed by more than 1000 shows all over the globe. He also did 2 albums for Sony Bmg ‘Pal and Yarroon’, he was honoured by the Canadian Goverment at the International Jazz Festival 2014, also awarded as Rajasthan Ka Gaurav.

Vishal has performed with Sonu Nigam, Vishal Shekhar, Richa Sharma and many more. He has always idolized the great Mohd Rafi and Sonu Nigam as Sonu was his mentor in Indian Idol.

Vishal explored his singing talent more of in live concerts and now getting into playback singing. Vishal is a versatile singer , learned Indian classical music by guru Dr Ramdeshpande.

Inspite of being from a business family, he opted for musical carrier in his college time itself.

Vishal Kothari’s first single song ‘Tere Sang Sang’ is out now music has given by Harpreet singh released by Crescendo Music. Other blockbuster ‘Rab Rakha’ with music composer Krsna Solo, he has done playback for the film ‘LAKHON HAI YAHA DILWALE’ directed by Munnawar Bhagat.

Now Vishal Kothari’s upcoming debut playback film song ‘Tenu Takda Ranwa’ is from the film ‘2016 The END’ which is in theatres now.  ———-Arun Singh Senior Journalist
