Mrs & Mr ‘IAWA’ India 2017, curtain raised by, Deepak Balraj Vij and Daljeet Kaur, Ms Universe 2016.
A grand evening of 24th May 2017, when ‘Mrs & Mr IAWA India 2017’, a NGO of Daljeet Kaur (president of IAWA) NGO supported the event presented by Amar Cine Production, in Raheja Classic, curtain was raised by well-known film maker Deepak Balraj Vij. IAWA is an association which is dedicated to groom talents and provide them a platform, it also looks at the condition of senior citizens and artist left alone by their own people, it creates awareness about family violence, fight against cancer, diabetes and women empowerment.
On this evening Dada Saheb Phalke was remembered by the guests and members of IAWA, followed by lighting lamp and curtain raising by chief guest film maker Deepak Balraj Vij, Chandrashekhar Pulsawaker, Pankaj Raina, Samir Jage, singer Rani Hazarika, singer Arvinder Singh, stand-up comedian Rehman and others. A grand musical ramp walk was conducted by upcoming models, dress designed by Sneha Gogai, cultural shows, and magic performance by youngest magician. Women’s from various fields were encouraged by Daljeet Kaur the president of IAWA by giving them a special momento specially to actress Vandana Pathak, Dolly Sohi, Neelu Kohli, Shruti Sharma and others.
It was a fantastic evening where all guests took a pledge to create awareness on domestic and social violence, also supporting the noble cause of IAWA.
