(NYSE: AJG) hires Chintan Adva to represent the Government & Rural Vertical.  He brings extensive experience in the areas of rural business planning, strategy & product development, according to the statement.

Chintan Adva who has more than a decade of leadership experience in the Insurance domain has been known for his Product Positioning & Underwriting skills. He is believed to have designed, implemented and successfully managed the mammoth Jyotirgmay Vima Yojana, the preliminary pilot phase Jan-Dhan yojana in the State of Gujarat.

Adva is Masters in Organizational & Industrial Psychology and an MBA from Mumbai. His last assignment was with Almondz Group, the proposed JV Partner of Willis Towers Watson Group (NASDAQ: WLTW) as a Vice President representing Benefits Business in the Government Segment in India.
