Bhojpuri Portal Jogira Wins Media Khabar Media Award

On September 18, 2016 the city of Muzaffarpur illuminated as the Media Khabar Media Conclave was held for the very first time in the city. In this conclave, leading Bhojpuri portal Jogira.com was awarded with the Media Khabar Media Award for its outstanding contribution in the promotion of Bhojpuri language.

The coveted award was given to the founder and editor of Jogira.com, Chandan Kumar Singh. He received the award from the hands of respected dignitaries in the field of journalism like Manikant Thakur (former BBC Hindi reporter and leading journalist), Shailesh Kumar (former CEO of News Nation), Rana Yashwant (Managing Editor, India News), Anuranjan Jha(leading journalist and former editor-in-chief, Shagun TV).

Guests from the field of journalism included names like Ashit Kunal (National Editor, ETV), Kavi Kumar ( MD, Wellbeing Healthcare), Prabhakar (Head, CMS Media Lab), C.P. Singh (Professor, IP University). The event was also graced by many other well-known personalities from the field of media and journalism.

On receiving the media award for Jogira.com’s contribution to the support and promotion of Bhojpuri language and culture, founder and editor Chandan Kumar Singh said, “ Jogira.com is dedicated to promotion and development of Bhojpuri and will continue to endeavor for its growth.”

It is noteworthy, that Jogira.com is one of the leading website and web portal in Bhojpuri. Jogira caters to the fans and followers of Bhojpuri film industry as well as is a one-stop destination for Bhojpuri literature, books and dictionary.

Jogira.com was launched in India International Centre, New Delhi. In this media conclave, leading TV journalist Rahul Dev launched the Bhojpuri portal Jogira.com with a click.

The team of Appan Samachar was also awarded in the media conclave. Santosh Sarang and the entire team of Appan Samachar received the award.

Media Khabar Media Award is an annual event that is organized under the aegis of leading media portal Media Khabar and is given for outstanding contributions in the field of language and literature.

जोगीरा डॉट कॉम को मीडिया खबर मीडिया अवार्ड दिया गया

१८ सितम्बर, मुज़फ्फर पुर में मीडिया खबर द्वारा आयोजित मीडिया कॉन्क्लेव में जोगीरा डॉट कॉम को मीडिया खबर मीडिया अवार्ड दिया गया, ये अवार्ड जोगीरा डॉट कॉम को भोजपुरी भाषा के प्रचार – प्रसार में योगदान देने के लिए दिया गया।

यह पुरस्कार मीडिया जगत के दिग्गज पत्रकारों द्वारा जोगीरा डॉट कॉम के संस्थापक और संपादक चन्दन कुमार सिंह को दिया गया, पुरस्कार बीबीसी हिंदी के पूर्व पत्रकार और वरिष्ठ पत्रकार मणिकांत ठाकुर, न्यूज़ नेशन के पूर्व सीईओ वरिष्ठ पत्रकार शैलेश कुमार, इंडिया न्यूज़ के मैनेजिंग एडिटर राणा यशवंतऔर शगुन टीवी के पूर्व एडिटर-इन-चीफ और  वरिष्ठ पत्रकार अनुरंजन झा ने दिया। इसके अलावा अशित कुणाल (राष्ट्रीय संपादक,ईटीवी), कवि कुमार(एमडी,वेलबिंग हेल्थकेयर), प्रभाकर (हेड,सीएमएस मीडिया लैब), सीपी सिंह (प्रोफ़ेसर,आईपी युनीवर्सिटी) जैसे वरिष्ठ व्यक्ति मौजूद थे। इसके अलावा मीडिया और पत्रकारिता जगत से जुड़े दूसरे लोग भी बड़ी संख्या में मौजूद थे।

जोगीरा डॉट कॉम के संस्थापक और संपादक चन्दन कुमार सिंह अवार्ड लेने के बाद ख़ुशी जाहिर करते कहा कि
“जोगीरा डॉट कॉम भोजपुरी के लिए समर्पित हैं और आगे भी भोजपुरी के लिए काम करती रहेगी”

मीडिया कॉन्क्लेव में अप्पन समाचार के टीम को भी सम्मानित किया गया, सम्मान ग्रहण के लिए संतोष सारंग के साथ साथ अप्पन समाचार की पूरी टीम मौजूद थी।

गौरतलब हैं कि ‘मीडिया खबर मीडिया अवार्ड’  मीडिया पोर्टल मीडिया खबर डॉट कॉम द्वारा, भाषा और साहित्य के क्षेत्र में विशिष्ट कार्य के लिए दिया जाता हैं।

वर्ष २०१३ मे इसे इंडिया इंटरनेशनल सेंटर में लॉन्च किया गया था, दिल्ली के इंडिया इंटरनेशनल सेंटर में हुए मीडिया कॉनक्लेव में इसे 27 जून को लॉन्च किया गया, देश के जाने माने एवम वरिष्ठ पत्रकार राहुल देव ने ‘क्लिक’ करके वेबसाईट को लॉन्च किया था।
